Future Developments

Ever on the lookout for new and inspiring commercial and residential developments, some exciting new projects are in the pipeline for the Sukosol Group.

In the near future the Sukosol Group plans to expand further with two new exciting commercial properties as part of its Sukosol Hotels collection. The first will be an adjunct to The Siam hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. This property will be a short ferry ride down the river at Rajini Pier, facing majestic Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). The property will consist of two large private suites and a spacious public fine dining restaurant. The other will be The Siam Plantation in Kanchanaburi province on 20-rai of prime land adjacent to the River Kwai. This boutique, resort-style hotel will champion eco-friendly construction, facilities, amenities, services and activities. It will represent the seamless blending together of nature, environmentalism and hospitality. Both endeavours are slated for completion in late 2013.

And lastly, in November 2012 Sukosol Hotels is excited to launch Wave hotel in downtown Pattaya. This truly unique property is a boutique 21-room gem located in the middle of Beach Road beside S.E. Asia’s largest beachfront shopping mall and facing bustling Pattaya Bay. The bespoke hotel is imbued with a Miami theme throughout, from its architecture and decor to service style and cuisine. The hotel represents the Sukosol family’s intimate knowledge of the hospitality industry and their drive and passion to bring refreshing offerings to the Thailand hotel scene. The property will cater to independent travellers who are looking to experience an “out of the ordinary” stay in one of Thailand’s most lively and popular beach destinations.
